Anonymised scenarios instead of a logo wall.

Four typical situations from our core markets, each with diagnosis, strategic response and what was deliberately not done.

In short

We do not publish client names or results from ongoing engagements. Instead, four model cases describe typical situations: a machine builder without market visibility, a B2B SaaS company with a broken handover to sales, a building services firm facing an order gap and a skills shortage at once, and a funded scale-up entering the DACH market.

02 · How to read them

How these scenarios should be understood.

Agency references have a well-known credibility problem: they only show successes, rarely state the starting point and even more rarely what else happened at the same time.

A company that gets a new website, hires two salespeople and wins a major customer in the same year will see the entire growth attributed to marketing in the agency reference. That is not accurate.

We therefore take a different route. The scenarios describe which situations we encounter repeatedly, which diagnosis we derive and which sequence has proven effective. They contain no figures that claim a causal link that cannot be proven.

What the scenarios say can be tested against your own situation. If the starting point sounds familiar, the diagnosis probably applies.

Structure of each scenario

  • Starting point: what the company brings
  • Diagnosis: where the real bottleneck lies
  • Approach: which phases in which order
  • Expected impact with honest timeframes
  • Deliberately not done: what was left out and why

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions about references.

Why don't you publish client names?
For two reasons. First, within a market segment we work for one company only; naming them would reveal our clients' competitive position. Second, results from ongoing engagements can rarely be isolated cleanly; they would suggest a precision that does not exist.
Are the scenarios real projects?
They are model cases derived from recurring situations. The problems and approaches described reflect our work; the companies in them do not exist in this form. We state this on every scenario page.
Will I get concrete references in the first conversation?
Yes. In a confidential conversation we talk openly about comparable engagements, starting points and results. What we do not do is publish them.
How realistic are the timeframes?
They reflect what we have seen in comparable market situations. They are not a commitment: investment cycles, competitive density and the responsiveness of your own sales team shift these timeframes considerably.
