Growth in technical B2B is built as architecture, not run as a campaign.

Proxfon Media is a strategic growth and marketing partner for technical B2B companies and the German Mittelstand. We connect positioning, brand, digital experience, demand generation and revenue operations into one system that measurably supports marketing and sales.

  • What

    Growth architecture for B2B

We connect positioning, brand, website, demand and revenue operations into one system that measurably supports marketing and sales.

  • For whom

    Technical mid-sized companies

Established B2B companies with 50 to several hundred employees, complex offerings and an existing sales team.

  • Problem

    Activity without a system

Campaigns, website and sales run side by side. Pipeline stays unpredictable and nobody knows what works.

  • How

    Five disciplines, one sequence

Market position first, then brand, digital experience, demand generation and the data that makes it all manageable.

  • Difference

    Senior-led, measured in pipeline

One accountable engagement lead, specialists per discipline and three specialist units for content, software and AI.

01 · Position

We don't sell isolated deliverables. We build systems.

In markets where the offering has to be explained before it is bought, a single campaign rarely decides the outcome. What matters is whether positioning, brand, website, campaigns and sales follow the same logic, and whether you can measure what turns into revenue.

That is why we work along a continuous architecture. Strategy & Positioning defines where and how you grow. Brand & Authority builds trust. Digital Experience turns the website into a sales tool. Demand Generation creates predictable demand. Revenue Operations connects marketing, sales and data. Each discipline can be engaged on its own.

03 · Method

The Growth Architecture: five phases from market position to control.

Each phase delivers the result the next one builds on. No channel starts before the position is settled, which makes every later phase more efficient.

Frequently asked

What people ask before the first conversation.

What does Proxfon Media do?
Proxfon Media is a strategic growth and marketing partner for technical B2B companies and the German Mittelstand. We build systems that connect market positioning, demand generation, sales and data. Our work covers five disciplines: Strategy & Positioning, Brand & Authority, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations & Intelligence.
Which companies do you work with?
Established B2B companies with 50 to several hundred employees, mainly in industrial manufacturing and engineering, automation, construction and building services, energy, software, logistics and technical services. They typically sell complex products or services, face long buying cycles with several decision-makers, have a sales team in place and clear growth targets.
How is Proxfon different from a traditional agency?
Traditional agencies usually sell individual deliverables such as a website, a campaign or an ads account. We start with the market position and build brand, website, demand and data on top of it. Every engagement is led by a senior lead, and we measure results in pipeline and revenue.
Do you work alongside in-house marketing and sales teams?
Yes. We take on strategy, orchestration and the disciplines your team does not cover, and we work closely with sales leadership on target accounts, definitions, handover rules and pipeline stages.
Can you support a market entry into Germany, Austria or Switzerland?
Yes, this is a recurring engagement. German B2B buyers weigh data protection, hosting location, contract terms and local references more heavily than buyers in many other markets. Translation alone rarely works. We localise positioning, proof points and the go-to-market plan.
What are ViralBP, BuildBP and FlowBP?
The three specialist units in the Proxfon ecosystem. ViralBP covers creator marketing, UGC, social content and short-form campaigns. BuildBP builds software, web apps, portals and internal systems. FlowBP delivers AI solutions, process automation, AI agents and integrations for mid-sized companies. Proxfon Media remains the umbrella brand and leads the engagement.
Where are you located?
Strategy and client leadership sit in Stuttgart, Germany. Development and systems are based in Łódź, Poland, and creative and production in Lukavac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Responsibility for every engagement stays in Stuttgart.
What does working with Proxfon Media cost?
Projects typically range from €10,000 to €50,000, depending on scope and the number of phases. Ongoing demand generation and revenue operations engagements run on a monthly retainer. We confirm the scope after the first conversation.
How does an engagement start?
With a 30-minute introductory call, followed by a free short assessment of your website, visibility, competitors and, where available, ad accounts and CRM. Within a week you receive a proposal per phase with deliverables, timeline and price.
